Skip hire experts at a family-owned Shropshire firm with over 30 years’ industry experience have unveiled a brand new website.

The team at TG Skip Hire – part of the Tudor Griffiths Group – have completely transformed their online presence to create a bright interactive site that’s easy to use and the response from both trade and domestic customers has been excellent.

Kevin Gardiner, who leads the skip hire division, said customers had already praised the new website – www.tgskiphire.co.uk – and it was generating new business within hours of its launch.

“We’re delighted with the new-look site which gives customers the opportunity to review our entire range of available skips, receive an instant quote and book online.

“We’ve also introduced a live chat function where customers can ask our specialist team for advice to make sure they book the equipment that best suits their needs. And if a customer needs to place their skip on the road or in a public place, we will also organise all the relevant permissions on their behalf.”

TG Skip Hire is one of the region’s largest domestic and commercial skip hire services, and it runs from Tudor Griffiths Group’s Ellesmere and Tattenhall sites. The new website details the full range of skips for hire – from 4 cubic yards to 40 cubic yards – with the majority suitable for standard residential driveways, including some with drop doors for easy access.

“With over 30 years in the business, we can offer customers a complete waste disposal service, guiding them through the whole process of hiring the right skip for the job, removing the waste and ensuring the vast majority is recycled successfully,” said Kevin.

As part of their commitment to increasing the amount of recycling of incoming waste at their Ellesmere site, Tudor Griffiths operates a state-of-the-art Material Recycling Facility (MRF).

“We know our skip hire customers are keen to minimise the environmental impact of their waste, and every tonne we recycle not only benefits the environment but also saves our customers money by reducing the amount of material sent to landfill.

“Only a small amount of the waste we collect actually goes to landfill, but even that is put to good use as it produces methane which we capture to help produce the electricity that powers the plant, with any left over being exported back to the National Grid.
